1. Filling liquid:
When iron drums store liquids, calculations need to be made based on the density and mass of the liquid actually held. However, another issue that needs to be paid attention to is that the iron drums may fall or leak during the loading and unloading process to prevent the Shijiazhuang iron drums from impacting during this process. Medium deformation, and consider whether the product will expand, so you need to leave 10% of the space for processing.
2. Solid:
If iron drums are used to store solids, it is best to ask us to produce iron drums of corresponding size. However, at least 5% of the space must be reserved to prevent collisions during handling. If the iron barrels in Shijiazhuang still need to be packed, more space needs to be left.
3. Low boiling point products
If the boiling point of the product is lower than 60°C, take into account the vapor pressure generated when a certain temperature is reached. If the pressure is too high, the Shijiazhuang iron barrels will be deformed and will explode in severe cases, so special attention must be paid to this.
4. High temperature products:
If the product temperature is above 60℃, we need to consider storage at the lowest temperature. The temperature difference will cause negative pressure in the Shijiazhuang iron drum, so the Shijiazhuang iron drum is likely to shrink. It is best to lower the temperature to room temperature before loading the iron drum.
